Leonard Scott Lucas

Leonard Scott Lucas is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lucas Development Group International, with more than three decades of leadership spanning military service, civil engineering, strategic investment, and large-scale property development.
Raised in a military family, he developed an early discipline for leadership and engineering before serving with distinction in the United States Marine Corps. He subsequently founded LDGI with a vision of building communities rather than simply constructing buildings.
Today he leads a diversified platform of luxury residential communities, commercial developments, infrastructure projects, hospitality assets, industrial parks, and institutional investment partnerships across North America and select international markets.
