Northline District is one of the largest privately capitalized district-scale developments underway in Central Texas. The master plan integrates office, residential, retail, hospitality, and public realm around a transit-oriented spine.
The project is delivered under a joint-venture partnership between LDGI and a consortium of institutional equity partners, with senior construction financing arranged through a syndicate of North American banks.
